If the note is redeemed in shares, investors will receive the underlying stock at the predetermined Strike Price, which may be higher than the market price at the time of settlement.
This implies that the market price is lower than the cost, but if the investor is comfortable holding the stock at that price, the risk may be acceptable.
The contract may be terminated before maturity, with the terms and payout amount determined at the company’s discretion.
ELN Plus has a short-term maturity of 1 week (5 business days).
In such cases, the investment amount will be used to purchase shares at the pre-agreed Strike Price stated in the contract.
The return component will always be paid in cash.
The minimum investment starts at 500,000 Baht.
