Yes. All investors who want to invest in U.S. stocks or ETFs must register for the U.S. Tax Service. Only after registering can they transfer funds and trade U.S. stocks/ETFs through the Global Trade Master system.
It refers to trading U.S. securities in quantities smaller than 1 share. Investors can place orders by quantity (minimum 0.00001 shares, up to 5 decimals) or by value (minimum investment of USD 1). A trading fee of USD 1* per order applies.
