Equity-Linked Note (ELN) is a structured note designed to generate returns while waiting to buy stocks at a discounted price — typically 3–5% below market value.
It’s ideal for investors interested in SET50 stocks who prefer placing buy orders below the market price.
Currently, ELNs offer an average return of 7–15% per year, depending on the chosen underlying stock, with a contract term of 1–3 months. If the stock is delivered through the ELN, it’s equivalent to buying shares without paying brokerage fees.
Design your contract with flexibility by specifying your preferred strike price — either as a percentage below market price or as an exact value in Baht.
Freely select underlying stocks based on your investment outlook. Most are stocks listed in the SET50 index, known for strong fundamentals and high liquidity.
If stocks are delivered through the ELN, it’s considered a purchase at a discounted price — without any brokerage commission. This helps enhance cost-efficiency in your investment strategy.

Note: This product does not offer principal protection, Please understand the risks and return conditions before investing.
For institutional and high-net-worth investors only, as defined by the SEC of Thailand. Minimum investment: 1 million Baht.
Important Notice: Principal is protected only if held to maturity and as stated in the contract. Structured notes carry a risk of partial or total loss, especially when there’s no or limited principal protection. They are high-risk, complex instruments and may behave differently from their underlying assets. Please review the product terms, risks, and conditions carefully, or consult your investment consultant.
The minimum investment starts at 1,000,000 Baht.
The Strike Level can be set between 85%–100% of the initial price, depending on the volatility of the underlying stock.
In such cases, the total amount — including principal and returns — is used to purchase shares at the Strike Price specified in the contract.
ELNs have a contract period of 1 to 3 months.
If the note is redeemed in shares, investors will receive the stock at the predetermined Strike Price, which may be higher than the market price on the settlement date.
This means the market price may be lower than the acquisition cost, though the risk may be acceptable if the investor is willing to hold the stock at that price.
