Design and refresh CSR portfolio aligned to sustainability strategywith clear beneficiaries, outcomes, and KPIs
Own programs from concept to completion — site surveys,logistics, fundraising, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up — personally on the ground
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partner communities, schools, NGOs, andprivate/public-sector partnersandmobilize employees as volunteers and grow participation
Maintain a clean evidence base (participants, hours, contributions, outcomes)andreport regularlyaligned withsustainability disclosure
Implementprogramthat will enhance corporate image, market positioning, and thegeneral public.
Facilitate internal and external communication, public relation activities, and media relations
Assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization both internal and external.
Provide editorial direction, design,productionand distribution of all organization publications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Social Development, Sustainability, or related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years of combined experience in corporate communications and hands-on CSR or community engagement; prior NGO or lean-team background strongly preferred.
Solid project management — scope, budget, stakeholders, fundraising, and on-the-day execution — with the discipline to measure outcomes.
Strong editorial and storytelling skills in Thai and English.
Digital fluency across content, social media, and basic analytics.
