  • Design and refresh CSR portfolio aligned to sustainability strategywith clear beneficiaries, outcomes, and KPIs
  • Own programs from concept to completion — site surveys,logistics, fundraising, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up — personally on the ground
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partner communities, schools, NGOs, andprivate/public-sector partnersandmobilize employees as volunteers and grow participation
  • Maintain a clean evidence base (participants, hours, contributions, outcomes)andreport regularlyaligned withsustainability disclosure
  • Implementprogramthat will enhance corporate image, market positioning, and thegeneral public.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, public relation activities, and media relations
  • Assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization both internal and external.
  • Provide editorial direction, design,productionand distribution of all organization publications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Social Development, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of combined experience in corporate communications and hands-on CSR or community engagement; prior NGO or lean-team background strongly preferred.
  • Solid project management — scope, budget, stakeholders, fundraising, and on-the-day execution — with the discipline to measure outcomes.
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills in Thai and English.
  • Digital fluency across content, social media, and basic analytics.
