Estimated Yield to Maturity (YTM)
The estimated annual return if the bond is purchased at the current offered price and held until maturity, assuming the issuer makes all interest and principal payments in full and on time. YTM may change with market prices and conditions and is not a guaranteed return.
Remaining Tenor
The remaining time from the date of quotation until the bond's maturity date, expressed in years.
Offering Type
The investor category to whom the bond was originally offered in the primary market.
Investors must meet the eligibility requirements and transfer restrictions applicable to each bond issue.
Credit Rating
A rating that reflects the issuer's or bond's ability to make interest and principal payments on time. Ratings are assigned by credit rating agencies such as TRIS Rating or Fitch Ratings. Credit ratings may change over time and do not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell the bond.
Risk Level
An indicative risk level for each bond issue to assist investors in their initial assessment. Bond investments are subject to risks including issuer default risk, price fluctuations due to changes in interest rates, and liquidity risk, which may affect the ability to sell the bond at the desired time or price.
Score
A product risk score used to assess the suitability of each bond. Investors should consider this score together with the bond's credit rating, remaining tenor, features, terms and conditions, and their own risk tolerance. The score should not be used as the sole basis for an investment decision.
Note: Bond prices, market data, and estimated yields are subject to change based on market conditions, available buying and selling interest, and transaction timing. Please contact your Investment Consultant for the latest information before making an investment decision.
