Aom Plus Savings Bond is a monthly savings bond issued by the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Public Debt Management Office (PDMO). It provides retail investors with a new way to build savings through regular investments.
One of the key advantages of Aom Plus Savings Bond is its low entry point, allowing investors to start with just THB 1,000 through a Thai securities trading account. Investors also have the opportunity to earn coupon rates higher than market benchmark interest rates. The bond is designed for those who wish to save consistently, while the Small Lot First allocation method helps ensure fair allocation for retail investors. In addition, the bonds can be traded conveniently in the secondary market via the Streaming app and may also be used as collateral to increase securities trading limits.
