Marketing Channel Development

1. BBL Introducing Broker Agent Service Development and Support 

  • Plan and develop strategies to support and enhance client referrals from Bangkok Bank (BBL) to the company.
  • Provide advice and support to BLS branches/marketing teams in organizing joint activities with BBL branches under their coverage.
  • Assist in planning marketing activities, training, and seminars for Bangkok Bank clients.
  • Support the organization of training sessions for BBL employees.
  • Compile performance summaries, track results, and implement improvements to meet target objectives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

2. Independent Introducing Broker Agent (IBA) Service Development and Support :

  • Plan and develop strategies to support independent introducing brokers (IBA).
  • Assist in organizing marketing activities, training, and seminars for clients of independent broker agent (IBA).
  • Support the organization of training sessions for independent introducing broker agent (IBA).
  • Compile performance summaries, track results, and implement improvements to meet target objectives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

3. Marketing and Collaborative Activities with External Organizations and Business Partners :

  • Support and manage various activities in collaboration with SET, BLA, BKI, and other partners.
  • Perform other tasks related to supporting these activities as assigned.

4. Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or Computer Business
  • Experience during studies, including participation in university or community activities, will be preferential.
  • Work experience from other financial institutions or banks will be given special consideration.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Power Point, EXCEL, and WORD, with excellent command of CANVA.
  • Good written and communication skills in English.
  • Pleasant personality, assertive, and able to communicate effectively with others. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work after office hours, on weekends, public holidays, and travel upcountry on certain occasions.
