We are looking for a proactive and curious Junior Structured Product Specialist to support product development, product lifecycle management, business analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Lifecycle Management 

• Support new product development from idea generation through product launch.
• Assistin preparing product requirements, business cases, and functional specifications.
• Monitor product performance and prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports.
• Analyze product and business data toidentifytrends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support ongoing product enhancements based on business needs and performance.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement 

• Gather and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Analyze existing workflows andidentifyopportunities to simplify or improve processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for technology teams.
• Support testing and implementation of new systems, features, and process improvements.

Automation & Reporting 

• Develop simple automation tools and scripts to reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Create andmaintainreports, dashboards, and monitoring tools to support business decision-making.
• Use programming and data tools such as Python and SQL for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
• Identifyopportunities where technology can help improve service levels and business performance.

Project Coordination 

• Support product development and process improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, ora relatedfield.
• 0–3 years of working experience; fresh graduates with relevant skills or projects are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge ofPython and/or SQL, with an interest in using programming to solve business problems.
• Interestin financial markets, investment products, technology, and data.
• Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple assignmentswithcan-do attitude.
