The Junior Derivative Product Specialist involves supporting product development, coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties, preparing sales materials, and ensuring smooth end-to-end product execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Structuring & Pricing

• Assist in evaluating payoff structures for equity-linked notes and other derivative-based products.
• Monitor underlying asset performance and key market indicators.

2. Product Development & Coordination

• Coordinate with counterparties for product setup and documentation.
• Assist in product lifecycle management — including early redemption, coupon payments, and unwind valuation checks.
• Assist in monitoring performance metrics and preparing weekly/monthly sales reports.

3. Marketing & Client Support

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide after-sales support, including product performance tracking and client reporting.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in derivatives, structured products, or financial markets (internships acceptable).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with basic understanding of derivatives pricing concept.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, formulas), and ideally Python or SQL for data analysis.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
