Investment Banking (Equity): Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate

Support the execution of equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings,M&Aandother equity-related advisory assignments.
Assistin managing transaction processes, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, documentation, and settlement activities.
Conduct company, industry, and market research to support transaction execution and client advisory.
Build financial models and perform valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, and other relevant methodologies.
Prepare transaction documents, pitch books, and presentation materials for clients and investors.
Coordinate with clients, investors, regulators, and external advisors during transaction execution.
Review and provide support to junior team members in preparing analysis and transaction materials.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
3–5years of experience in investment banking, equity capital markets, corporate finance, or related advisory roles.
Experience in transaction execution, preferably in IPO, follow-on offerings, M&A, or other capital market transactions.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, valuation, andequitycapital markets.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Strongteam-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
