Actively involved in equity fund raising and settlement process
Support Team Leader and senior team member in project execution
Conduct due diligence, research and analysis on target company
Construct financial model and perform financial and valuation analysis
Draft transaction documents and presentation decks
Co-ordinate with clients, investors, and other third-party professional advisors
Age 24-30 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields
At least 2-5 years of investment banking experience with deal execution experience in IPO, M&A or as a financial advisor for Senior Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate
Strong proficiency in accounting, corporate finance and valuation and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in spoken and written Thai and have an excellent command of English
Result-oriented and can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task, organize and priorities work assignments and can handle pressure and tight deadlines
