Act as a strategic bridge between business units and IT technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and Use Case diagrams.
Design workflow diagrams (As-Is and To-Be) to visualize andoptimizebusiness processes.
Develop prototypes and mockups to provide stakeholders with a clear visual representation of the proposed solution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a field related to Process Management.
IT System Proficiency:Solid understanding of core IT components, system modules, andtheir integrations.
Gap Analysis:Strong analytical skills toidentifygaps between current capabilities and desired businessoutcomes, andrecommend improvements.
Solution Assessment:Ability to evaluate multiple solution options (e.g., buy vs. build) and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:Effective communication skills to convey project progress, risks, and scope changes to stakeholders at all levels.
Conflict Resolution:Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicting requirements and drive consensus.
