Back Office System Support (SBA System)
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the SBA system and related back-officeapplications
  • Monitor,operate, and supportEnd of Day (EOD) processes, including batch jobs and system checks, especially duringnight-time operations according to assignedschedules
  • Perform routine system operations such as job execution, data validation, reconciliation checks, and reportverification
  • Identify, analyze, and escalate system or operational issues to relevant teams (IT, vendor, or business units)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operation andtimelyresolution ofincidents
  • Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and documentation for system supportactivities
  • Support system changes, enhancements, and deployments in coordination with IT and related stakeholders
  • Ensure system operationscomply withinternal procedures and controlrequirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • 1–5 years of working experience in IT Support, System Operations, Application Support, or Back Office Operations
  • No prior knowledge of SBA systems or securities business isrequired; however, candidates must be willing and able to learn new systems and businessprocesses
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and data processing workflows
  • Experience with batch processing, EOD operations, or night-shift system support is anadvantage
  • Ability to follow operational procedures and work effectively under timeconstraints
  • Strong senseof responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communicationand coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functionalteams
