Provide day-to-day operational support for the SBA system and related back-officeapplications
Monitor,operate, and supportEnd of Day (EOD) processes, including batch jobs and system checks, especially duringnight-time operations according to assignedschedules
Perform routine system operations such as job execution, data validation, reconciliation checks, and reportverification
Identify, analyze, and escalate system or operational issues to relevant teams (IT, vendor, or business units)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operation andtimelyresolution ofincidents
Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and documentation for system supportactivities
Support system changes, enhancements, and deployments in coordination with IT and related stakeholders
Ensure system operationscomply withinternal procedures and controlrequirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
1–5 years of working experience in IT Support, System Operations, Application Support, or Back Office Operations
No prior knowledge of SBA systems or securities business isrequired; however, candidates must be willing and able to learn new systems and businessprocesses
Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and data processing workflows
Experience with batch processing, EOD operations, or night-shift system support is anadvantage
Ability to follow operational procedures and work effectively under timeconstraints
Strong senseof responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Good communicationand coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functionalteams
