Equity Research & Financial Analysis

· Support senior analysts in preparing equity research reports, and thematic pieces

· Collect and analyze company/industry data from public sources.

· Build and maintain financial models & valuation

· Prepare slides and charts for client presentations and events

· Gradually take ownership of selected stocks/sectors and write short research notes.

Event & Communication Support

· Help prepare materials for virtual conferences, corporate meetings, and analyst events.

· Support surveys, investor day content, and special thematic reports.

Content Creation & Distribution (Preferred, not required)

· Explore creative formats that improve clarity, engagement, audience reach and extend the life cycle.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or other analytical fields.

· Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a genuine interest in capital markets.

· Good command of written and spoken English.

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ability to use AI-assisted productivity tools.

· Ability to learn and build financial models.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a balanced working personality: collaborative, confident but not aggressive, calm under pressure, open to feedback, receptive to feedback and able to work through tight deadlines

· Ability to travel domestically or abroad when required.

· New graduates welcome.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

· Familiarity with simple design or content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).

· Interest in digital communication, content creation, or creative storytelling.
