| In order to protect User's privacy, this Privacy
Policy is designed to help User to understand how Bualuang
collects, uses and safeguards the personal information of
User. |

| 1. General |

(1) By accessing to and using the Site, |
| |

(a) User agrees to be bound by this Privacy
Policy,
(b) User has read and understood the terms of this Privacy
Policy, and
(c) User consents to Bualuang's use of the User Data for the
purposes set out in Clause 2 (User Data) below. |

(2) If User does not agree to provisions of
this Privacy Policy, User should immediately terminate the
access to and not use the Site. |

| 2. User Data |
| |
(1) Bualuang respects the privacy of its users
and does not collect information about User without his knowledge.
Bualuang collects the User Data in the following ways: |

(a) when User registers to use the Service;
(b) when User takes part in a survey conducted through the
Site or by Bualuang;
(c) when User submits a question to Bualuang;
(d) by the use of "Click Through" and "Cookies" technology;
(e) during the course of the use of the Service, and those
of third parties available through the Service, and
(f) when Bualuang request information from User from time

(e) to be used for market analysis and activities;
(f) to help diagnose problems with the Site and to administer
the Site;
(g) to make certain information available to Bualuang's Affiliates;
(h) to contact User regarding the use of the Site, the Service
and other opportunities; and
(i) to process securities trading transactions including any
payments and settlement with the relevant third party. |

| 3. Access
and Disclosure |

(1) Subject to sub-clause 2 below,
Bualuang will not disclose the User Data to any third party
except with the prior consent of User. |

(2) Bualuang may be required to
disclose the User Data: |
| |
|
(a) where required under any applicable law,
court order or the rules of any relevant regulatory body;
or
(b) in the good-faith belief of Bualuang that such action
is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or
personal safety of Bualuang, User or the public;
(c) Bualuang or substantially all of its assets are acquired
and the User Data will be one of the assets that is transferred;
(d) to employees, representatives and directors as part of
normal business operations; or
(e) to independent contractors, service providers, advisors
and consultants who are engaged by or working with Bualuang.

(3) Bualuang will request that any
third parties who obtain access to the User Data comply with
the terms of this Privacy Policy. |

(4) Bualuang will use reasonable
endeavours to notify User before Bualuang does so, unless
Bualuang is legally restricted from doing so. |

Party Web Sites |
| |
The Site contains links to other
web sites. Bualuang is not responsible for the privacy practices
or the content of such third party web sites. |

| 5. Click
Through |
| |
Bualuang employs a device called
a "click-through URL" ("Click Through"). When User clicks
on one of these URLs, User passes through our system before
arriving at the web site that is the true destination. Bualuang
uses Click Through to determine the level of User's interest
to measure the effectiveness of Bualuang's communications.

| 6. Cookies

(1) In order to enhance User's visits,
some areas of the Site use cookies which can securely store
User ID and Password and identify which parts of the Site
have been visited. |

(2) User can set the web browser
to notify when User receives a cookie, giving User the chance
to decide whether to accept it. However, disabling cookies
may impair the ability of User to participate in certain activities
on the Site. For example, some web pages may not display properly
or User may not be permitted to access certain information.

of the technologies that Bualuang use and the way that Bualuang
conduct business, Bualuang may modify this Privacy Policy
at any time, and such modifications shall be effective as
soon as the modified policy is posted on the Site.
(2) User agrees to review this Privacy Policy periodically
and whenever User visits the Site, and the continued access
or use of the Site by User shall be deemed the acceptance
of the modified policy. |

| 9. Interpretation |

(1) Unless otherwise expressly provided
in this Privacy Policy, terms defined in the Terms and Conditions
shall have the same meanings when used in this Privacy Policy.
(2) In this Privacy Policy,
Terms and Conditions means
the terms and conditions in relation to the Site as updated
by Bualuang from time to time.
User Data means personal
information of User voluntarily supplied to Bualuang under
the Terms and Conditions or the Cash Account Agreement including
(but no limitation) User's name, address, age, income level,
account number, password and email-address. |
